1. General Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing via email to info@tastingtoursco.com
Cancellations are only considered confirmed once you receive a written acknowledgment from Tasting Tours Co.

2. Cancellation by Customer

More than 14 days before the tour date: Full refund of the deposit or any payments made.
Between 7-14 days before the tour date: 50% refund of the deposit or any payments made.
Less than 7 days before the tour date: No refund will be issued. However, you may reschedule the tour to a later date without any penalty, subject to availability.
Within 24 hours of the tour: No refund or rescheduling option available.

3. Cancellation by Tasting Tours Co

In the unlikely event that Tasting Tours Co needs to cancel your tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, illness, or other emergencies), you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

4. Rescheduling

More than 7 days before the tour date: You may reschedule your tour without any penalty, subject to availability.
Less than 7 days before the tour date: A rescheduling fee of $50 will apply, and rescheduling is subject to availability.

5. Force Majeure

Tasting Tours Co is not liable for any cancellations or changes due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule your tour or provide a partial refund.

6. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

7. No-Show Policy

Failure to arrive at the designated meeting point on time will be considered a no-show, and no refund or rescheduling will be provided.

8. Changes to the Policy

Tasting Tours Co reserves the right to amend this cancellation policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to customers in writing and will apply to future bookings.
